CIALIS is a prescription drug medicine that is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. CIALIS has been shown to improve erectile function compared to placebo up to 36 hours following dosing. Do not take CIALIS if you:

- Take medicines called "alpha blockers". Alpha blockers are sometimes prescribed for prostate problems or high blood pressure. You could get dizzy and faint.
- You have been told by your healthcare provider to not have sexual activity because of health problems. Sexual activity can put an extra strain on your heart, especially if your heart is already weak from a heart attack or heart disease.
- Are allergic to CIALIS or any of its ingredients. The active ingredient in CIALIS is called tadalafil.
What are some possible side effects of cialis ?
Side effects, if they occur, are usually observed at the beginning of therapy and usually disappear upon continued use. The most commonly reported side effects in clinical trials were drowsiness, fatigue, impaired coordination, irritability, light-headedness, memory impairment, insomnia, and headache.
